SHEET-METAL FABRICATION DRAWINGS YOUR SHOP CAN CUT FROM

What we provide

Fabrication tickets your sheet-metal shop can work from without translation. We draw to your gauge and connection standards, break the runs into buildable pieces, and label everything so the shop floor and the field are reading the same set.

Each ticket comes out of the coordinated model, so a piece that fits on paper fits in the ceiling.

How we work to spec

Standards & technical scope

Connection types

TDC and TDF flanged, slip and drive, welded, and Ductmate, named on the ticket so the shop is not guessing.

Gauge and reinforcement

SMACNA tables applied per pressure class and called out fitting by fitting.

Seal class

A, B or C stated on the drawing, not left to the field to decide.

Fabrication tickets

Cut sheets numbered to match the coordinated model, so what gets fabricated is what was coordinated.
