Each spool is modeled, coordinated, and broken down for the shop — with cut lengths, weld locations, fittings, and bills of material — so your fab shop can build spools that drop in clean in the field.

From the field
On a university chiller plant the design model didn’t match the field; we dimensioned the piping to centerlines from field data so the contractor could fabricate without waiting on the design team.
On a NJ water-treatment upgrade we drew the process and stainless air-stripper piping, added supports and PE-stamped the set as one package.

How we work to spec
ASME B31.1, B31.3 and B31.9
Power piping, process piping and building services piping, on the code basis the job is designed to.
ANSI and AWWA, where applicable
Water-service piping drawn to the AWWA and ANSI references the project specifies.
ASME B16.5 and B16.9
Flange ratings and fitting dimensions carried through to the spool.
ASTM material specs
A53, A106 and A312 called out per line, so the shop orders the right material.
